Seller’s Market

We are in a hot seller’s market. There is a shortage of homes on the market. There are more buyers than homes for sale. Mortgage interest rates are at historically low levels. Buyers have flooded the market while mortgage interest rates are low.  Many homes are selling quickly.  Many homes are selling for full list price or even more.
